Lily founded STUDIO CHARTERIS in 2023 after a decade of experience across the interior sector which has given her an abundance of influences, in addition to her technical understanding and skill set.

Completing her qualifications in professional interior design and interior architecture in 2015, she has since furthered her experience working for the likes of Soho House and two other award winning London design firms. Here she spent time learning the trade and nurturing her own obsessive eye for detail, developing a distinct aesthetic which combines modern with classical. She aims to create tailored yet timeless environments which boast an elegant authenticity throughout.
